Titanium is a chemical element with the symbol Ti. Sometimes called the “space age metal”, it has a low density and is a strong, lustrous, corrosion-resistant (including sea water, aqua regia and chlorine) transition metal with a silver color. Titanium can be alloyed with iron, aluminium, vanadium, molybdenum, among other elements, to produce strong lightweight alloys for aerospace (jet engines, missiles, and spacecraft), military, industrial process (chemicals and petro-chemicals, desalination plants, pulp, and paper), automotive, agri-food, medical prostheses, orthopedic implants, dental and endodontic instruments and files, dental implants, sporting goods, jewelry, mobile phones, and other applications.  The two most useful properties of the metal form are corrosion resistance and the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal. In its unalloyed condition, titanium is as strong as some steels, but 45% lighter. Titanium's properties are chemically and physically similar to zirconium.

We deal in various grades of Titanium Scrap like

Tungsten is made from certain basic ores like -scheelite and wolframite and is extensively used for manufacturing of high-speed cutting and drilling tools. It has the highest melting point of all the non-alloyed metals and the second highest of all the elements after carbon. Also it has very high density of 19.3 times heavier than water, and 71% heavier than lead. Tungsten is often brittle and hard to work in its raw state. The hardness and density of tungsten are applied in obtaining heavy metal alloys. Eg, Superalloys containing tungsten, such as Hastelloy and Stellite, are used in turbine blades and wear-resistant parts and coatings, heat sinks, weights, counterweights, ballast keels for yachts, tail ballast for commercial aircraft etc,. In armaments, tungsten, usually alloyed with nickel and iron or cobalt to form heavy alloys.

We deal in Tungsten & Tungsten Alloy Scrap like

  • Pure Tungsten, Mallory, Densalloy, Hevimet etc.

  • Tungsten Carbide End Mills, Micro Drills, Inserts, Morgan Rolls, Dies, Circuit Board Drills Etc.
